Hands down the worst purchase I've made on amazon. This bike is the epitome of Murphy's law! Something is constantly falling off or breaking, one peddle is currently glued on and the brake pull doesn't work. It makes me so angry the window to return the bike was so small not to mention the hassle returning the bike would have been anyways. This was such a waste of money-do not purchase- I'll probably just have to get my son another bike :(

Fantastic bike! Easy to put together and sturdy. I love that just comes with a kickstand and training wheels because I hope my daughter gains enough confidence to ride without training wheels on this bike. However the rear reflector can only be attached to the bike if the kickstand is not attached. That is okay for right now, but when the training wheels come off I'm not sure where the reflector is supposed to go. Only reason it is getting 4 stars is because of the rear reflector issue.

Reviewing the 16" bike:
Great looking bike, easy assembly. Solid construction.
Cons:
(1) it weighs a TON. It's heavy for an adult (think about all those times you e had to carry your kid's bike home when he's too tired to ride), and it's extremely heavy for a child.
(2) it's very tall -- too big for my tall / leggy 4-year-old, despite their sizing guide's recommendation of 16" bike for ages 4-6.
(3) the seat seems strangely small. It's smaller than the seat on his toddler scoot bike. 7" from nose to rear, and 5" across the widest part (which is only the very back of the seat).
I missed the return window since we've been hiding this in the garage for his birthday. Should've opened it and measured it sooner, because I'd definitely have returned it for a 14".

My 2 year old girl cruises on this bike. She loves it. Her twin brother can't quite coordinate and push the pedals. Riding a bike is dependent on a kid's strength, coordination and determination. If your kid has all three then the 12' bike can be enjoyable for your kid as early as 2 yrs old.
Went for 16 inch for 3 year old girl. Great!

Bought 16 inch bike for my 3 year old daughter. We love this bike, assembly maybe 15 minutes. Really easy to put together, instructions are clear. We had a balance bike before and this is her first pedal bike. 10 min she was off alone. We are all happy we chose this brand.
