Simple to install, fairly good look, but they don't all maintain adhesion

I like the look of these, they match the color scheme of my bike and rims very well, but the steps didn't seem to all have the same distribution of glue. Most of the strips held and have held fine for the past month or two I've had them but one I noticed was really started to show edges that were "letting go" of the rim and once any dirt can get under there it's done, never going to stick again. So over the next two days it got worse and worse until finally I had to take off. I had used soap and water to clean the rims, dried it, then used alcohol to get anything remaining. I wiped them absolutely clean of any contaminents beforehand, it just seems like one of them didn't have the necessary amount that the others did

PROS: very cool look, reflection makes bike very visible. Once properly installed the sticker is solid and eon't detach.
CONS: not easy to install, looking from close by the installation is not perfect, however nobody will ever come close to my wheel to check it out. The length of The sticker is right for the bike, so if you make one mistake you won't have enough sticker for both wheels both sides. I have a space of 3 inches which is missing, which is obviously annoying.
