My husband used this for this knees and shoulders. It really does help speed along the healing.

I was pretty skeptical about this whole light therapy thing but after reading a bunch of reviews and listening to a lot of podcast I decided to give it a shot. I've had this for about 2 weeks now and I honestly think this works. I usually get knots in my shoulder blades that would kill me....the pain would shoot from my blades up past my neck and to the back of my head. I started going to an acupuncturist 1-2 times a week and she would do acupuncture, cupping and massage which started helping over time. Since getting/using this she noticed that my body wasn't as tight and knots were getting smaller. At first she thought that I was on some sort of anti-inflammatory but the only thing that I did different was use this LightStim for Pain. This could be a coincidence since I've been doing the acupuncture and stuff or a placebo effect, but what ever it is, it's working and as of right now, I think it's because of this light.

I have been using this before and after joint replacement for relief of pain and swelling and it really works well! Just 20 minutes in 1 area while reading or watching TV, then switch to another area, if needed. I have had significant relief after just one use. This company is the only one that uses 4 different wavelengths (patented process) and is FDA cleared for pain relief. My doctor recommended it. BTW there is no blue light in this so goggles not really necessary.

It works! I was told by two shoulder orhopaedic specialists that I needed a complete shoulder replacement to resolve an old injury. Given the fact I've had bad outcomes with surgeries and meds in the past, I am naturally averse to risk. My injury was severely limiting my range of motion - even affecting my ability to bathe and dress myself. I had one cortisone injection which provided considerable relief for awhile. However, almost three months to the day after receiving the injection the pain and incapassitation returned. While the LightStim hasn't completely alleviated my shoulder limitations, it has helped improve my range of motion and greatly reduced the pain to the point where I can do most ADLS normally. I have also resumed my yoga routine, something I hadn't done in almost two years!

Have been using LightStim for 6 months to address chronic arthritic pain in shoulder, neck and back.
