I tried many products to get the white scale off of the inside of the dishwasher. None if them worked that well.
My sister in law swore by this product, so I bought it. The scale was caked on at this point, so it took two packets to get it clean, but what a huge difference!
I put 3/4 of the product in the soap container and 1/4 in the dishwasher directly, not all in the dishwasher directly at once.

I actually purchased this to clean calcium deposits out of bottle, and it did the job. I let it sit for a couple of days, and I shook it vigorously every day. The bottle looks like new. I will definitely purchase this again.
