Had to file two of the mounting holes for the bar to fit...

I have a 2000 2500 v10 dodge ram.
The two left side holes that bolt to the frame didn't line up. I had to rat tail file them a 1/2 so the bolts would fit.
It looks like the slots/holes were just too high. Bering when slid on to the pitman arm shaft didn't fit flat to the bar. About 1/4 of an inch off on one side. I'm worried this little tweak will cause extra stress on the box. Or maybe the frame was tweaked? No idea.

This is what I needed many miles ago and could not find. The instructions could have been more complete, but I gotherdone after 3rd try every thing lined up right. It has been a good investment at reasonable price and the shipment was speedy fast.

Product arrived on time, and I installed immediately. Decent quality, paint finish is good. Seemed to be good quality fasteners. Installed somewhat easily by myself. I could tell even as I backed out of the garage that the steering was definitely tighter. Much better feel and steering feedback. I personally still have some wander. Ordered the Moog track bar today, which I figured was the bigger part of the problem to begin with. Will also most likely upgrade to 3rd Gen tie rod setup as well.
I knocked off one star, because I could tell that it was made with cheap Chinese steel, but overall so far, I would recommend. Will have to see about durability.
