The wire was pinching the valve stem when installed as designed. I youtubed it just to make sure I was doing it right. I reformed the wire to avoid the valve stem. Works ok now. I have installed other replacement wheel covers in the past and never had any problems. Maybe these are just not compatible with 2006 Caravan as they were advertised.to be.
