Got these to replace 2 originals lost/cracked up in a recent ice storm; I love the sporty look on my little Kia Rio hatchback. I think of them as snappy lookin' new shoes for my cars' feet :-)

My old hubcaps fell apart and came off.
The bare wheels looked like cheap and, not wanting to look like I sold my hubs for drug money, I bought these.
At first I was kinda disappointed, they aren't as shiny in person as the picture suggests. furthermore, I didn't like the mounting system; it clamps on to the inside of the wheel. I thought that it wouldn't stay on and I'd loose one on the NY state thruway or something.
Turns out, I was wrong.
I was driving to Canandaigua on Route 13 and the box truck driving my way (in his lane, toward Clifton) fishtailed in the slush. I moved toward the side of the road, succeeded in avoiding him and then hit a patch of ice or something. I went way off the road and into the front yard of the trailer home on that curve. I managed to avoid hitting the said home by hitting the giant tree in the yard.

These wheel covers stay firmly in place throughout the entire ordeal, even though one of the tires came off. Highly recommended!

I just put these on my 2012 Jetta. Apparently losing hubcaps is an issue for me, and I didn't want to give the VW dealership $90 for yet another replacement. I followed review recommendations, using the tightest wire setting; my only problem was not reading the diagram correctly the first time. (When you are looking at the back of the hubcap, put the wire into the back holes for the tightest fit.) I removed my old hubcaps by pulling on them and popped these on using my slippered feet. (Haha, I got tired of waiting for my husband to do it, and my arms weren't strong enough.) The material these are made of actually feels sturdier than that of the VW hubcaps I pulled off. They fit more snuggly, as well. The wires are touching my valve stems, but I don't anticipate a problem with that. They look fantastic with the dark gray of my car.

After I finally figured out how to use the metal ring, worked like a charm and looks great. Lost one at first because the instructions are not clear enough on the metal ring. Take your time and try to configure the ring correctly.
