Wasn't an emergency purchase for me so I had time to shop in Local and national chain stores. Nothing even remotely close to this quality/quantity/price combo. Haven't had them long enough to evaluate their scratch resistance.....but these are Reading Glasses. I seldom worry about getting scratched while reading. Buy 'em now.

I'm old. I purchased this five pack of magnified glasses because I have four dogs that like to chew on things. I also occasionally sit on them and break my glasses. I can't look at my phone unless I have a 2.25 magnification, and these are comfortable and do exactly what they're supposed to do. They don't feel cheap, it's been two weeks and I still have all five. I get to chose several different colors of frames. I have no complaints about these, and will happily buy them again when my dogs or my butt destroys all of them. And they weren't even expensive.

I lose glasses constantly so these sets are perfect for me. I keep them in my vehicles, briefcase, nightstands and even in the garage. I order a set of 5 about every 6-9 months. I either lose them or sit on them (they break fairly easily) or they get scratched up and i throw them away. I work outdoors a lot and am pretty tough on glasses so I love that I can scratch them, break them or lose them and I just don't care. My grandchildren love to play with them and it's nice that I don't have to worry about a 2 year old breaking my expensive prescription glasses.
I do wish they came in a slightly wider version for my big melon head but I'm really too old to worry much about how stylish they are.

I get it! I'm getting old. I used to be able to read the tiny print, but now it's all blurred up. I was having to take pictures with my phones macro mode to read the back of medicine bottles. Not anymore! Now I keep a pair of these in all the areas I usually am. I was worried when I ordered them, because I've bought cheap reading glasses from Wally's that don't fit right, or don't' focus properly. These are great! They feel sturdy, the glass is clear, and they fit my overly large neanderthal head without squeezing. I would definitely order these again, and probably will since I lose things easily.

After my eye doctor appointment ,she suggested that since Iam on high dose of Prednisone got my lungs and one of the side effects can be blurred vision ,to go to 2:50 reading glasses instead of the 2 I have now ,so I order these ,at 2:50 they also came with a cover for each one ,iam very happy with the style ,plus the spring hinge on them ,the style isn't that bad ,the weight is good ,and quality is good ,and the price for 5 is outstanding ,so I highly recommend them
