Terrific for SMT parts
Amazon Customer•November 12, 2016
Terrific for SMT parts, wish it came in a smaller pad size.
Only thing I will say, it is HARD to solder to the ground plane side. even with an 80 watt iron, having issues with solder not flowing, but with practice you can overcome it. ( I Imagine the old-timer Amateur radio techs who build Manhattan style often, will be able to work with it just fine.)
It can be a little tricky starting out to bridge the pads together with solder but keep trying, it takes practice. You may even want to just lay down magnet wire/Component lead/etc. to enhance the bridges.
