Cheap and work well with 4mm paracord. These can slip a bit if the line is positioned just right, but they can hold a significant amount of weight without slipping when I tested them on a clothesline. I'd say for the price it's a good product, and a lot easier for guying out a tent than a taught line hitch, but about as a secure. These are red anodized, but the photo looks a little orange.
Note - there is a specific way to set these up, but for the life of me I can't remember while sitting here at work. I think another review of this product (or similar - there's like 20 different listings) has an image of the correct knot/line configuration. I just played with mine using a short piece of line until I got it right.

Amazon shouldn't recommend with 1.8 mm line

I can't fault the product, but the vendor should state what diameter guy lines these will work with (in both mm and inches), and ideally, Amazon wouldn't have recommended these as a combination with 1.8 mm guy lines. That diameter is way too small to work with these cleats. I will try to solve that problem by tying the cleat with a bowline instead of a stopper knot on one end, and by drilling smaller holes on the other...

Bright red, easy to find when you drop in grass and sand, seem to work okay but I have not put to the test yet. I have put them in my camping equipment and hope for the best.

These work great for 550 para cord. I've used them for everything from tent guy lines to level adjuster on a cooking tripod. Very Very light weight. Every roll of para cord I have has 5 of these wrapped up in it.

I bought these on the off chance they'd fit 550 cord. Some reviews said they didn't but turns out it works great. Dry 550 anyways. Haven't tested with wet 550 yet. Anything much bigger in diameter will be a little tight. Light weight. It will hold 40 lbs hanging as a test. Good deal so far.
P.s. use them as it shows in the images or yea they slide. Prob the biggest issue with people having troube with 550.
