I love my Magicjack Go! The feature that I like the best is the voice mail. You can receive your message through the set or on your computer. Prior to Magicjack I was using an answering machine and if I was gone all day it would beep until I came home to clear it. I was able to keep my existing telephone number by paying a import fee; it was worth it because I have the number on many connections. The Magicjack will save me over $570 plus annually. I put the Magicjack app on my cell phone so that I can get my home calls away from home.

I have been a Magic Jack customer over 10 years. I bought this to replace the Magic Jack plus (2014). I was having echo problems and this seemed to solve them. Easy to set up. If you have an account already all you have to do is plug it in to your router, phone, then power and it set it self up. I was able to send and receive calls within 10 minutes.
Not meant for reliability and quality you get what you pay for fits perfectly

Magic app lacks many futures, ring volume ringtone massage volume message tone mute vibrate clear call log, however magicjack device is even more finicky if I call my magic jack number it rings if I call my own number it ring but I have been getting complaints from my customer that something is wrong they can never get the call thru unless I have log in to the magicapp on my mobile device. price for magic business 15.00 to 30.00 dollars when compared to my local cable/phone carrier not much difference optimum business only 29.99 with cable service since I can't use magicjack without the internet anyway it does not seem too make sense for the business user anyway while I was using optimum I never had any call issues whatsoever except one time salt truck ripped the cable off few years ago it was not issue that caused by optimum.
It would be ok for some don't care about reliability and quality this is the device for you.

Works great with my old clunker desktop phone and a couple cordless phones. Installation and setup was simple. I had an issue with them porting over my old phone number. It had a happy ending, but caused considerable confusion due to inaccurate information provided by the friendly people at magicjack. Oh, you can't just call them on the phone with issues. You have to do an online text chat with amazingly long delays that make you wonder if they are still there, then you get an answer that has nothing to do with what you asked. Frustrating at best.
Good and bad... Great for a home phone, the App is lackluster.

The rate is cheap, but not as cheap as I was expecting it to be. I remember back when the Magic Jack was advertised for being basically free, while this is not as cheap as that. In addition to this, the MagicApp is nice, but really annoying for a few reasons - the messaging is VERY delayed, and it can take over a day to get a message back from somebody and sometimes they don't get delivered at all. In addition to this, the voicemail feature is very tedious. There is no speaker phone option, and the voicemail system takes a lot of work to go through messages, save or delete messages.
