This works good but you should have a steam cleaner to help for caked on grease.
Except my oven I also had my kitchen ceiling full ...

Except my oven I also had my kitchen ceiling full of grease and after trying different products I gave this one a try. Totally cleaned all that fat greasy surface from it. Definitely five stars and I will buy it again.
The nuclear option for when removing grease.

if you need something that is aggressive that is going to remove grease like hot water on butter this is the stuff. Word of cation wear gloves and a long sleeve shirt and try not to breath this stuff in it burns, also if you get some on your gloves you may want to replace them within a couple of minutes because it'll eat through those too. I use this stuff to clean old car parts that have grease baked on them it works very well. also careful using it on aluminum it will eat into ruining any surface finish it once had, helps if you're painting it though.
