These drives work without issue so far, but be very careful who you purchase these from on Amazon. You may end up getting OEM hard drives where the warranty has been voided by Western Digital. I had ordered four of these to find that Western Digital will not honor the stated five year warranty for any of my hard drives. I am working with Western Digital support to rectify this issue. The worst case scenario is that I return all drives for a refund. This wasn't very cool at all.

Its a NAS HDD, I have 2 set up in RAID 1 and they work perfectly. They do get warm though, make sure they get some kind of air flow.
