Key features

  • Made of pure food-grade silicone and stainless steel, safe to use.Be aware of any other seller that is not selling the real ZICOME products which brand name you can see in this item!!
  • EASY TO USE:Just take off the stainless steel bottom, insert the tea leaves and put in your tea cup. The infuser floats since the green part is rubber. Leave it in for as strong or weak as you like your tea.It is an excellent smart buy that makes steeping larger tea leaves much easier. At the end, discard the used leaves and place in the dishwasher
  • The silicone handle protects you from heating up and burning your fingers because of the hot water.Additionally it flexes lightly making manipulating in your cup very easy. The infuser itself floats in the cup, because of the buoyancy of the silicone.
  • The steel ball's holes aren't designed to brew fine tea leaves. The holes allow the water to move through the tea leaves but keeps most of them in the steel ball and out of your cup so you don't have too many leaves in the bottom of your cup.
  • The little silicone drip tray that it comes with is great to rest the infuser in so you don't have tea dripping everywhere especially if you don't want to clean the used tea out of it right away or if you're going to try to brew a second cup with the same tea leaves. This is a great little tool for loose tea at home or in your office.

Works fine, not for strong tea
lawstudent011November 5, 2016
It works, but it's not amazing, I find that it makes quite a weak tea for my taste, but this is generally a problem with any of the silicone type infusers compared to the old fashioned tea balls. If you don't mind the silicone then sure, get this - it's quite beautiful to look at.
These are great tea infusers

These are great tea infusers. I find they collect air pockets when you submerge them, so I always shake them around a bit in the water to get it to sink. but that can cause the loose leaf tea to leak through.

This is not a very good product. I purchased two of these with high hopes, but when you put the tea inside the infuser area, and you let it sit in the water, i felt like the water was not penetrating well and it was not steeping the tea. I ended up having to take out my tea leaves and put it into another tea bag to re-steep it. I felt like the quality of the product was not there. I have not used it since. Maybe it was just because mine was a fruity tea from teavana, perhaps it works better with regular tea leaves.
great product

I bought these l last week for my niece. They're very cute in person and practical. The bowl for the tea can hold more than a tea spoon so you can make a larger cup of tea or more intense by using more tea. The holes in the bowl are small so only powder size pieces got through, not a big deal at all. Best of all she loves them!
These come highly recommended from me. I love them!

I bought these as part of my family's 'reduce waste' project. Yes, tea bags are easy-peasy, but I go through a ton and just throw them away. Using loose leave tea in the infusers means the only thing being discarded is the leaves themselves - completely biodegradable! These are VERY easy to use, I pop the metal strainer piece off, add my leaves, and then pop the silicon top back on and just set it in my cup of hot water. There are plenty of perforations, allowing the tea to steep. When I have it sitting in my cup, it looks very much like a Pikmin (nintendo game critter - look it up, they are adorable!). The little silicon dish is nice, but honestly I've only used it once and that was when I had company that I made a cup of tea for (Set of two). I like darker tea, so I tend to just let the pikmin set in my tea as a drink.
These come highly recommended from me. I love them!
