We had it for 2 weeks and the battery is dead and will not charge.

Very accurate pallet jack I even weigh small boxes on this and it gives a correct weight. Did have to replace the battery but it was only like $3.
BATTERY ONLY LAST COUPLE MONTH, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Same problem as the others buyers, BAD DEAD! It only last 3 month of use and the battery won't charge. Contacted manufacturer and they sent me a replacement battery but only last 2 week of use and same problem again. Now manufacturer doesn't even reply my email or phone call.
Will never suggest anyone to buy this as the seller/manufacturer Vergo.

Only used it a couple times in the past 5 months and now battery has been dead... Looks and feels flimsy compared with my $250 pallet jack. I know I made a bad choice...

Will never suggest anyone to buy this as the seller/manufacturer Vergo does not protect any defects. The product is a cheap quality and the battery will last only 3-4 months. I bought 2 of them and both are dead.
