Sometimes I have to step out and try something new in order to find the little gems. Golden Barrel molasses is one of them. I use it often in my 100% Whole Wheat Bread recipe with excellent results. I'm ready to order my second jar. I like the wide mouth jar it comes in,as I can easily dip or pour the amount I need (I utilize the old trick of oiling the cup or spoon to empty them more thoroughly ).Using molasses in cooking and baking is another way to add more iron to recipes,too.
