We got this for my daughter for her Birthday. I bought it in advance, and never unboxed it. That was my fault and a terrible idea on my behalf. I went to put it together and the front end was cracked and had a chunk missing. I missed the return window by a few days. Called Amazon, they told me to try calling the brand's number on the box. First number was disconnected. The number included in the directions seemed to be almost someone's cell phone number. This man seemed surprised I had called, and told me I had to call Amazon. I called Amazon back and they worked with me on a return, but were going to charge me an astronomical fee to restock. So, all in all I ended up keeping it. Again, my own fault for waiting to unbox it. If you buy this ahead of time, please make sure to unbox it and check all parts.

We purchased this for our 3 year old granddaughter to tool around the neighborhood in (with a adult following) and it's works great.
Not sure if it would work that good in the grass or how traction would be in grass or off road but on concrete it has no problem.
