Stay clear of this! It does not work well at all. I believe because it is either missing a nozzle part or the has the wrong nozzle for the bottle it came with. It does not reach into the water when you fill to the max fill line (like it shows in the picture). Therefore it barely carbonates the water. In any case, I tried to return it but since it is "a third party seller" (ShopAsSeenOnTV) Amazon does not initiate a refund. They will do an A-to-z Guarantee claim on your behalf and hope you get your money back. Great. I have to wait 1-2 weeks to see if I get hosed or not. Aside from that I went to the website in the manual (buysodaboss.com) to check for support and it is nothing but an ad & buy site (which btw, only works in Internet Exploiter). No support whatsoever. Nothing in the manual for replacement parts at all (like the bottle they tell you to replace after a certain time!). Also, there is no warranty statement to be found anywhere (no card, nothing. Which is probably why there is no way to contact E.Mishan & Sons, Inc. either.) So if it breaks or doesn't work, oh well, too bad, so sad, you are out $40.00 and E.Mishan & Sons are party'n on your dime. I should have known better I guess. Anything that is "As Seen On TV" is usually crap. At any rate, I will update this after find out the fate of my $40.00. But in the meantime, Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

7/22 Update:
Well, I got a quick response from the vendor! They are sending a new item right away with no need for me to return the old one. I was surprised at that. So, we will see if the new one is the same as the old one. If it is as I suspected, missing a part, then I would expect better performance. I will update this review either way. Stay tuned.

8/16 Update:
Fail. The replacement is no different than the previous one and it operates just as poorly. It hardly carbonates the water. When you pour it, it hardly makes a bubble and when you drink it it hardly seems carbonated. There are better products out there I am sure. Pass over this one.
