Well constructed and a breeze to put together. Don't let the shipping box scare you, once you open the box you will see that they knew what they were doing. By the way it is a commercial grade bakery rack, not some flimsy imitation.

Product arrived promptly in good packaging. Was easy to assemble took @6 minutes. Has twenty slots for full size bakery pans. All the parts were present, and two of the wheels have locks on them. Well pleased with the purchase!
