we were told even though picture didn't show adjustable as in moving forks from narrow to wider the we would be receiving would be . this one is fine but not what we were told we were getting

high quality, has the same lifting capacity as our normal sized pallet jacks. in retrospect, an even skinnier one would have suited the reason why I purchased this a bit better, but that is not the fault of this item. the width of this one is occasionally both too skinny and too wide to work, because of standard pallet spacing
