Fine product. Shipping: not so much.

It took over a month for this to arrive, despite having been shipped the next day. I had to speak with Amazon reps several times to figure out where it was and why I hadn't seen it. The shipper apparently dropped the ball on that one.
Once it arrived, it's just as expected, and works fine. Setup was quick and easy. I compared the Mighty Lift to a Clark that I had on hand, and they appear to be identical other than the color.

Works as expected. Very standard sized pallet jack. Only complaint is that the unit did not come with any instructions. A little trial and error with a co-workers help got it assembled.
