I don't exactly know how to put make up on, but I recently acquired a job that requires me to put make up. I still don't know how to put make up on but this highlighter makes a lot of difference!
I know on the reviews it says its "chalky" but I figured I'd give it a chance because I'm on a budget and honestly this is a great deal!
When I opened it I tried it on my hand and most definitely "chalky" and somehow it doesn't really highlight. Then I figured maybe I'm not applying enough. I accidentally scraped a tiny bit of the first layer of it and all of a sudden the highlight is way more obvious and its popping out.
So just a tip, scrape a little bit of the top, its almost like its a protective layer and guaranteed, it will be one of the best deals of your life!
Considering the price, this product did not disappoint. It's a real quality product at such a low price.
