The aquatic therapy classes I attended used this same brand, they would replace them after a year due to the excessive chlorine, I expect longer use in our pool. These are so comfortable, dry to the touch pretty quickly, and they have a lot of strap for large legs, I often double them with a second set to make 10lbs per leg. I wish this brand made a 10lb version as that would be simpler to put on. :-) Quality product, I'd say commercial grade. I've really strengthened my legs the last few weeks using these at home.
