I use these ankle weights for running in my pool as I'm recovering from a running injury (running on pavement). The fit is slightly off for me, but I'm not sure how they could make it any better. I would recommend this product for pool workouts.

I like these ankle weights. I ordered 3lbs, but wish I had gotten the 5 lbs instead. They are comfortable and the velcro straps are long enough to adjust and they stay in place.
