This is the BEST GF one to one flour I have ever used.

Authentic Foods makes really quality products. I called them on the phone since we are new to celiac disease, new to this gluten free world, etc. The service rep on the line was so nice, so helpful and informative. I had placed my online order here on Amazon and one on their site. She told me what I did and didn't need (saving me money!), and she even threw in recipes into my box! What a pleasant surprise when I opened it! We have used several of their items in the past week, and they all are really wonderful.

This flour is great! It blends in perfectly, doesn't have weird taste, and doesn't taste like other GF flours. I've tried GF flour from Bobs Red Mill and King Arthur. They always seem to have a weird taste and I don't love the flavor in my cooking. Friend recommended this and I've buying it ever since.
