Extremely hard to get machine returned, and after 3pops/ sparks, The heating element Shut down. Iï¸ have to PAY FOR A NEW ONE.

After less then a year...this machine would make a popping noise, it would be a spot from the heating element and then shut off completely"¦ I have not been able to get a refund and am very disappointed ... they wanted to see the machines in how old I print on video however you have to make 15 or more cotton candy"˜s before it mean that popping sound and shut out. It has done it three times and now saying is I have no choice I have to replace it with my grandchildren with a new one very very disappointed with the customer service and machine

I bought this machine after returning one of the $30 ones. One of those home models took over 15 minutes to heat up - then hardly worked.
This bad boy took about 3-4 minutes to warm up and made a huge batch of cotton candy in about... 5 seconds. It's one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon, and now we store it in our bedroom...because, where else to store a machine this great? Wake up in the morning - forget coffee.

This product was exactly as described, our family loves it. I am very grateful for a previous review where they suggested getting the plastic dome for it (CANDY-V003) as the cotton candy wants to fly everywhere. I would recommend taking the extra time to put the nuts on the bolts where the shelves connect to the unit, it takes about an extra 10 minutes but is well worth it. The other option was to just screw them in with no nuts on the back, I felt that the screws would come out over a short time. This unit is very easy to clean and makes a lot of cotton candy quickly.

At first this machine was wonderful. Worked excellent used it for a few occasions, got the job done with good quality cotton candy. The machine all of a sudden stopped working, wouldn't turn on at all, would short my circuit each time I would attempt to put it on. I contacted the company to see if they could help me with the issue. They were only available through e mail, the responses were taking far too long AND they would tell me to try something, take a picture, try something else which is all fine but over a phone conversation all of the thing they wanted me to try could have been attempted in ONE day not 2 weeks. They finally said for me to ship the product to them and they will fix it or replace it. The shipping of this item is around $70.00. I understand that things happen, but it was their product that was malfunctioning and I had to pay because of the poor quality. I would not suggest purchasing from this company if anything goes wrong it is on your dime to fix. purchase from a legit company with people to actually talk to and professionally handle unfortunate situations.
Heating head misaligned

The heating head is out of alignment. This came pre assembled, unable to use the machine as I do not want to break anything. I sent an email to the company. The unit is completely assembled.
