They don't have much padding so you can tie them pretty snug and they're light enough you don't notice them after a while.

Overall a nice shoe. May be more comfortable after a break-in period. They feel a bit tight. May need half size bigger or wide fit. Also, shoe laces on the short side for length, not easy to tie.
