Perfect if you are diabetic and can't even have skim milk (maltose). I like to put this on my Cheerios in the mornings. By myself, I can't drink the large container before it "goes bad" even though I keep it in the refrigerator. I wish the manufacture would bring this out in 8 ounce containers!
