I really thought I was going to love this jacket. The sleeves are way long and the jacket is huge. I bought the 2x based on the sizing chart. I should have got a large. But since we the customers rely on the seller's chart, I got the completely wrong size. Also my suede jackets buttons are all about to fall off and I have never worn it. If I tried to button it up I would lose buttons while out and about. This jacket is so large I can wrap it around my body side to side while wearing it! It also came wrinkled. I am sending it back.

I was very excited to order this. My heart sunk when I saw the box on the step. It was appx 3 in tall x 12 in long a 8 in wide. Quite small. It was very well package. When I removed it the suede was soft, not extra soft. The leather was thin, it did not state what kind, I would suspect pig not cow hide. The coat had a thin liner, but a sweater would easily fit under it. My issue was with the assembly of the coat. Collars are extremely hard to sew, and lay straight and there were issues with the shoulders and collar. There was a pucker in the should that would never lay flat. I returned mine. The price was excellent for a leather car coat. I am dinging it two stars for craftsmanship.

.I ordered one size larger for bigger sweaters and like the extra room. Liked this jacket so well immediately ordered additional same jacket in different color but smaller size for more fitted look. Keeping both for fall and winter season.

This company sizes their jackets very small. For example, BGSD jackets run about two sizes smaller than Calvin Klein jackets. They are also cut very narrow across the shoulders. I wear size 4-6 in CK but had to go all the way up to size Large 12-14 in BGSD to get enough room in the shoulders to raise my arms easily. (Sizes vary considerably across brands. When you compare the size charts, CK says size 4 is bust 35, waist 28 and hip 37.5, while the BGSD chart says size 4 is bust 34, waist 26 and hip 36.5.) I had already tried size medium 8-10 in the BGSD jacket but had to return it because of the tightness across shoulders and upper arms. My size Large BGSD jacket is loose in the torso/hip areas and looks pretty baggy, but a least I can move my arms.freely. . The leather is good quality and the caramel color is pretty. Luxury Lane did a great packing job. The jacket came on a hanger and they put tissue paper around each of the buttons. Due to the sizing problem I probably will not buy this brand again. It's too much trouble having to return things one or two times trying to find a size that fits, and paying for the return shipping each time.

I loved the coat but it runs small. In the picture it appears to have more of an "A" line shape but it does not; it is more straight fitting and makes it too tight around the hips. I am 5' 2" , a size 8 and the medium fit too snug for me. I'm afraid the next size will be too large across the shoulders.
