Beginner rider loving these so far

I love the peddles. I share a path with pedestrians and young children in certain parts so its really nice to be able to slip out of the straps and ride the flats for precaution. The inverted straps do not the ground at least not on my bike.
Let me tell you why some kind of strap system is great for beginner cyclists. If you're like me and not ready for the clipless system these will provide a very similar feel only a little less connected to the bike. An example I can use is when your quads start to burn after a sprint or during a climb. With the straps you're able to activate and include you're hamstrings on the back/up stroke on the peddle. Continue peddling with with you hams to keep the momentum while resting your quads. When your candence start to slow reactivate your main thrusters(rested quads). This method helps you coast less and really work those legs muscles because it really does take more than a little pain to make legs grow. Peace

Quiet, solid performers thus far. Plastic toe clips seem like they need to be broken in a little - otherwise great.
