I can't get enough of this stuff! I use this stuff multiple times a week! It punches up flavor and tastes so great.

I've tried other brands (that are more expensive too), but they are too oily and I prefer the flavors on this one. I have started buying two bottles at a time so I never run out.

This has just the right amount of spiciness; tangy but not over the top. I use it on sautéed shrimp, in tomato / spaghetti sauce, stews, soups, anywhere you want a bit of a kick. So good it's a kitchen staple in my house.

I know that everyone experiences spice differently, so I wanted to try to describe my experience. I'm someone who doesn't enjoy really spicy food. I enjoy spice (heat) as a component of the flavor, but if it's too hot I can't taste anything else. When that happens I can't enjoy the rest of my meal. For example, many Buffalo sauces are too hot for me, but I do enjoy a mild Buffalo sauce. Jalapeño peppers can be too spicy for me. If I'm following a recipe that calls for 1 jalapeño, I'll start with a quarter of it, then taste and add more. I had read the good reviews, but wasn't sure about trying it because it is, after all, named SPICY Chili Crisp. I finally decided to potentially waste the money in order to try it. To my surprise, I find it very mild. Unbelievably, I think it could even be spicier! I like the fact that I get a tiny amount of heat but can still taste, and enjoy, the garlic and onion flavor. I actually took some to a restaurant today and tried it on my hash browns! Yummy! I am now looking at recipes that I can modify to the heat level I enjoy, but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this again.
