Good price and perfect for non-plumbing use. I ordered several types and all were loose on schedule 40 PVC pipe. It did not prevent them from gluing up and setting properly but they won't be as snug as you are accustomed to if you have used regular plumbing PVC fittings on schedule 40 pipe.
Update---these fitting have been in near 100 degree heat and brutal humidity beside our pool for nearly 2 months now and show no signs of UV damage or wear from the abuse of 4 children. I made a pool float holder from these and they have performed above my expectations.
