Too hard. They hurt

I just received this set and so far so good. The packaging is really cute. I love the little cylinder it comes in & each brush is individually wrapped inside. There is absolutely no smell to them. I haven't used the brushes on my face yet but as I was taking them out of their packaging I noticed that the majority of them are REALLY dense and super hard to the touch. Only one of them is soft and fluffy, which is the largest one. But this is what I was looking for; thick, dense brushes. But they may be a little too dense, even for me.If you are looking for super soft and fluffy brushes then definitely skip this set.

I've deducted another star. I thought I would enjoy their density but they're way too hard to really do anything with except pack. And they don't hold enough product to do that correctly. Can I create a look using these brushes? Yes. But it takes more effort and time than it should. I've been using the fluffiet blending brush the most and it's the best one out of all of them because it's the softest but it still sucks. Overall...
I would only recommend this to a teen or someone who is just getting started in makeup. Otherwise PASS!

I have a large collection of brushes, both high end and midrange. I do all my brush cleaning at once on the weekend, and I prefer to always use a clean brush, so I use a several of them each day. Because I go through so many, I cannot afford an entire collection of high end brushes, so I supplement cheaper brushes where I can. I've tried lots of cheaper brands in hopes of finding a good one, but sadly they mostly get donated to my young daughter's play makeup kit. I'm pleased to say I've finally found a set that meets my standards. The brushes are soft, but firm, clean nicely and perform great at laying the product down and blending. The photo I attached shows all the brushes I use throughout the week to apply shadow to the lid. One of the Lamora brushes made it to this crucial rotation along side my mac, sephora, and urban decay brushes. You can see in the photo it's very comparable to the others and this is the condition after several washes. If you're hesitant and need brushes, just buy them. You will be hard pressed to find a difference between these and a set that will set you back at 10x the cost. Time will tell if they hold up like the others, but at this price point I'd be happy to buy a new set if they don't. This is a great quality set at a very affordable price. Unfortunately, my poor daughter will not be receiving anymore play brushes from me, as I've finally found an affordable brand that stands up against the rest! Thanks, Lamora. I bought these as a present to myself and I absolutely love them! They are very similar to my Sigma brushes that I own but much more inexpensive (I included some pictures of the comparisons). I used these for almost a month straight and they worked perfectly. I did some traveling and I didn't want to worry about ruining my expensive ones, so I just brought these. They were surprising good and even now I reach for them over my Sigma brushes. I have washed them a couple of times now and they are still amazing. They are really soft and they don't irritate my eyes. I can't believe how well these worked, I am going to buy another set very soon. If you are thinking about these I would do it! For the price, you can't go wrong.

What a great set of brushes and for such an amazing price. The packaging is fantastic and love that I can use it to travel with! I posted a picture of the packaging for reference. The brushes are very soft but still stiff enough to apply your makeup. I am still new to applying makeup so I love that on the handle it says what the brush is used for. I have attached one photo of what the print looks like on the handle. Overall I love these brushs and would purchase again in the future!
