Torn backing

The backing was torn in v shaped tears at the top. I used black tape to repair it rather than take the time to return it. For the price I would expect better quality. The packaging was not ripped or torn. The light does work. The front bittersweet wreath is very pretty.
the switch is broken and that is what makes the picture so nice is the twinkling light and it does not work
