I bought this as a dupe for the sigma F80 and I'm not disappointed. I apply bb cream with it by tarte every morning. Not only is this brush firm enough to feel like I'm in control but it's soft enough not to leave circular lines and edges when tapping in the cream. Brushes that are too stiff are not only uncomfortable but they leave edges. This one didn't!! It's the perfect size too and it's easy to clean intermittently with brush cleaning cloths. I've only had it for a week so I don't know how it holds up after a water wash but it's synthetic so I can't imagine it would be an issue. I will update this if it is. I'm buying another one because this one performs so well. All week colleagues have been asking "what did you do?! You look luminous!". And a lot of it is because of this brush and how it applies. It's not cakey, it doesn't eat the product like the beauty blender tends too, and it blends other cream products beautifully. It's not awkward to hold, it doesn't slip in your hands, and I love love love it! Its better than my beauty blender for a smooth flawless finish and I reach for it more often. I'm interested in their whole product line as a result. Love love love it!! You won't regret this purchase!
Fyi I also bought the beauty junkies flat kabuki foundation brush and it's almost identical to this one. This one is a bit softer though. But other than that these 2 brushes are identical in feel, weight, size and flawless finish.
I also forgot to mention that New8Beauty emailed me an eBook because of this purchase. It's called "makeup and beauty care" and obviously it's about beauty, makeup and application tips. That was awesome to get a free book because of this purchase, and I should mention it in case tips are important to others. It's a great reference book!
