I purchased this cup and absolutely love it. As a nursing mother, the 32 oz size easily allows me to monitor my daily water intake. After a few months of use and washing on the top rack of the dish washer (as recommended by Bubba), the mug became deformed with the inside wall pulling away from the outside wall.

I contacted Bubba directly and have received horrible customer service. After sending several pictures and answering several required questions, I was told a replacement would be sent. The replacement that was sent was a 24 oz. cup in smoke color. While I like the blue coloring that I originally ordered, I'm flexible with the color. The size however, is very important to me. I emailed customer service immediately after receiving the replacement and was told that there's no guarantee what replacement will be received and that they can only send what's currently available on their website. The representative then provided a 10% off coupon code so that I can purchase another item from their website. I checked their website, and the exact cup I originally purchased is available. I emailed them back three times now offering to send back the replacement I received and requesting another 32 oz replacement and have heard nothing back. While I love the cup that I purchased, because of the horrible customer service, I'd be very hesitant to purchase another Bubba item again.

Who knew you could love a mug? Only thing I wish was a little different is the lid sealing 'flap' thing is more if a concept than a reality (i.e. it doesn't actually seal it) but that's a minor pick. The only other thing is the straw is kind of a joke. It's a floppy silicone tube, not a straw. It makes it almost impossible to use. It also makes the opening is a little larger than your typical cup so if like me you use the stay-in straws which have the lip/ridge to keep them inside the cup, it doesn't work.

Still, everything else about this is just so great that I'm keeping it at five stars!

I didn't give it 5 stars because of two reasons. The first is that the lid isn't a screw on lid...it's one with a rubber seal you just push down and it's a bit difficult to get off. there is a small tab you can use to get a grip, but for someone older or with weak hands it might be a small issue. Also the straw seems out of place for this product. The cup and lid are hard and plastic, and the straw is a flimsy piece of rubber; it's not hard or anything. it feels like someone went to a hardware store, found some cheap hose, snipped a piece off and stuck it into the top. While it works fine, it just seems "cheap." And it slided into a hole at the top larger than the straw, so there is no "seal" there so some spillage can occur.

For a simply cup to just stay hydrated this should do, but if you are more serious about your drinking habits, hydration, or even exercise, I'd shop around a bit more.

I never use straws and if I had known this opening cover would not stay open unless a straw was in place I would never have ordered it. I used it once and it was a pain in the neck. It kept my drink cold but who wants a drinking cup that you have to hold it open to get a drink I have no idea if this was just old product or defective. I have two others one 24OZ that I use at my office and it stays open when I open it and closes snug when I close it, the other I bought as a gift for a friend who liked the one I have from the office . Really disappointed

Or at least, not top rack safe! This managed to go through the bottom rack dishwasher a few times just fine. But the most recent run left it deformed and warped such that I have to throw it away! Bummer - it was a pretty good (and big!) mug otherwise.
