I needed something for my knees that had slight swelling as well as my calves. These were the 15-20 mmHG thus not a tight compression. Just enough to make my legs feel good. They also made my legs look like they were 20 years younger. The under the knee compression socks seemed tight and constricting where they laid just under my knees. I decided to try these over knee socks. They had good reviews so I took a chance. I wore one of the pairs yesterday about 9 hours. They were relatively easy to put on. The socks had a comfortable but good fit. Best of all at the top (mid thigh) never moved all day. There was no curling of the top of the socks and NO uncomfortable constricting pain.

These are the best thigh high compression hose I've ever had! I measured as suggested, and I received the perfect fit. They are light weight, very comfortable, but you can still feel the compression, and they stay in place. I will be ordering more!
