It only took two batches of trying to make clear juice from berries and other fruits to decide to invest in this. Pretty simple, put your fruit in the top, water (and a couple of marbles so you know if it's boiling dry) in the bottom pan, and juice comes out the middle! I'm sure there are heavier versions with rolled edges or tubing for draining, but for the money, I feel this was a great investment. Juiced all berries from summer, and other fruit I had in freezer including peaches, and froze to make jelly this winter when the temperature drops. I did make one batch of jelly from fresh juice, and it was a beautiful color and rich flavored. I would definitely recommend this product for juicing.

Beautifully made. Works amazingly well, just be aware that the spout is a bit short, so when draining the juice you must slide the pot over to the edge of the stove, very carefully! Stainless is far superior to aluminum, as you will boil it dry at some point thereby melting an aluminum pot. The glass lid is a near necessity.

Did not have the handle in the box. I really need it. How can i get ine quickly. Bought it last year using it for the first time this year
