The material is much softer and more flexible than I expected based on the picture. It is definitely the most comfortable gag I have worn yet making it perfect for extended wear, even overnight. The cross strap seems to fit lower than other gags landing on the bridge of your nose, which I don't mind but some may not enjoy. All the straps are fully adjustable for a nice custom fit. Very menacing looking but very "user friendly" to wear.

Wasn't leather as advertised that is why I gave it four stars. Figured it wasn't for the price. Fit was good and she said the lining was soft, but edges were a little stiff. Wasn't expecting the hole to be large enough to fit through it. Figured that was why the photo on the ad showed what it did.

It's exactly as it appears to be, and I think it's awesome. To those of you who are complaining that it "didn't work" because it's only for tiny penises, that's because it's not designed or intended for penis insertion. I don't think there are many penises small enough to fit. Mine won't even begin to fit.
