I've lost so much weight on these. If you think you are just going to open the little packages and get your mini smoked turkey snack, think again. You will need scissors on hand to get into this explosive proof packaging. Most times I just give up and put it back in the fridge, therefore, losing weight from NOT EATING. They are pretty good once you get them out though.
