The package arrived early in time for Christmas, which was amazing! However as soon as we took it out of the box and plugged it in the speaker was giving a loud high pitches feedback noise right away!
The software interface is junk and its hard to control. I'm a 35 year old guy who sells software for a living so I'm far from computer / tech illiterate.
That wouldn't be too bad, but for over $300 I would expect the speaker not to be busted the second plugged it in. The AV output isn't working so I can't push the sound out to another device...
I'm at a loss for words...hopefully the seller reads this and gets in touch with me before I decide to return it....
I rarely right reviews unless something went really really well...or really wrong and sadly in this case it went really wrong.
