This arrived in perfect condition. I had an icepack to keep it cool. It is delicious! Hot but not extremely hot. My mouth didn't not burn but my nose wanted to run a little. :) I used to hot though after years of eating New Mexican Chilies.

The horseradish is great! Took me a while to find pure horseradish and not the cream. Only issue I have with it is that it is not sealed/canned. You have to use it up within a couple months. I froze it in sections in snack plastic bags then in a freezer bag. I could just as easily canned it myself in smaller jars but I went for the fast and easy.
