Bought this for my grandparents and they are really happy with it

Bought this for my grandparents and they are really happy with it. My grandma uses it as light exercise for arms and legs when she can't make it to Curves and my grandpa uses it as an alternative to physical therapy, as the Medicare benefit has run out. He uses it from the couch and my grandma uses it from a chair.

We got this for my grandmother who is very ill. At the point that we were buying this, physical therapy had pretty much given up on her. My grandma is now planning for the day she goes home, as she is doing much better and walking far better. This device is strongly responsible for that.

It came, in a box and not well protected. The read out did not work. But I didn't know this for several weeks as I had surgery before I was ready to use it. I thought it needed a new battery, which I bought, but that wasn't it either. The thing just didn't work. When I went online to try to return it, it said it was no longer eligible for returning. I am upset and not happy!

This is a nice, quick way to get some exercise. It's very easy to set up, just pull the metal legs out until they click, set it on a flat surface, pull the battery tab out for the battery to make a connection, put the knob on, and then you're ready to go. It folds easily for transport or storage. It's lightweight so it's easy to move around.
The only caution I would have is that like the instructions say the arm parts of the pedals get hot after extended use, so you'll want to use the knob to pick up the equipment then.
