Have been making this tea for ages. This exact brand. You get dried bitter melon slices. It takes only a few boiled/simmered/steeped in hot water to make tea. It is not bitter unless you boil it forever and make it too strong. The tea has a faint naturally sweet note. Makes good hot or cold tea. Most people use this tea for its nutritional benefits.
