I ordered this for my daughter as a Christmas present. When it arrived it was folded in the middle and it had a crease. I let it lay flat on the floor for a few days, hoping the crease will come out. But it didn't. There wasn't enough time to send it back to Amazon and get a new one for Christmas. I e-mailed Sky Home Products, wondering if there is anything I could do to get the crease out of the mat. They contacted me and said they will send me a new mat, for free and I could keep the damaged one. Now this is customer service. I did not expected this. If I ever need a new mat, this is the only company I would buy from. They really impressed me. Not only did I get a new mat, but it arrived Christmas Eve. My daughter loves the mat, she has it in her kitchen. We kept the damaged one and put it in the garage. My husband don't mind the crease. He has back problems and this mat helps him standing up longer, working on his little project. I've seen other reviews where people said this mat smells bad. No smell here, not even a little bit. I am very happy with my purchase and very happy with the customer service.

This is a lovely gel mat. I love the texture, it's easy to clean and very comfortable. I've had several others that were significantly more expensive and not nearly as nice. I'm not the only one in the house who loves the mat. When I received it, I plopped it down on the floor in front of my kitchen sink and went out to the garage to dispose of the box. When I returned my 14 year old cat had already claimed it for himself. He has only left it to use his cat box or eat. My husband, on the other hand, is a dedicated gel mat hater and even he likes it. I think I may have to purchase another one for the cat....

I have plantar fasciitis and poor hamstring mobility, thus I recently switched to working most of the day at a standing desk in my home office. We have a mat downstairs in front of our kitchen sink, purchased from Target, that's all crumbly, with chunks missing out of it, and I didn't want another experience like that. I bought a Sky Mat based on the strength of its reviews and its price point. I bought it in September of 2016 and have spent hours per day on it ever since, usually wearing sneakers. I'm hard on the mat. Often, I'll listen to music while I work and pound on the mat with my feet to the beat. Nine months after purchase, I noticed that one spot in the top layer of the mat, about the size of a silver dollar, had come off. A couple of days later, additional flakes had come away as the spot slowly enlarged. I contacted Sky Mats through Amazon and received a reply the next day. No questions asked, they volunteered to send me a replacement and promised a 10-14 day delivery. It arrived in 7 days. I remain very happy with the quality of the product and especially happy with the quality of service from the company. I would buy another mat from them for any future needs in a heartbeat.

Alright, alright... I am here... I am posting the review. I LOVE Amazon and I read a lot of reviews. My new years resolution was to do more, well this product has made me get back on the review wagon. I work on average 13 hour shifts. I stand all day. I usually eat standing up. This mat has been a wonderful addition. Its a sturdy dense compound that offers good support even after standing in the same spot for a while. It bounces back to its original form almost instantly. It doesn't slide around and I haven't gotten tripped up on it yet. I may buy some more for the workplace. Also, the packing sheet was hilariously funny as well as the follow up email. That extra effort of over the top humor has propelled me to write this review. Please take time to read their sheet included with the mat. :) Things to be aware of, it comes in a HUGE box.... and the mat smells. Not like a new baby or car smell, you should open it up and let it off gas some.... especially before putting on your car overnight so you don't forget it when you are rushing out the door in the morning :/ . That being said, the smell really isn't a problem, its new, its not a cotton mat so yea, its gonna smell a little. The smell was gone after a few days. If I wear this bad boy out I will definitely return for a second purchase. Very happy with their product, their shipping and their follow-up and sense of humor. Keep up the great work guys!

When you think of anti-fatigue mat the idea of a chemical lab comes to mind, but having spent countless hours standing to produce cakes and other goodies, this mat brought a welcome relief from the hard kitchen tile floors. It is long enough to be able to span the greater length of the counter facilitating ease of movement necessary and firm enough to be able to withhold shape if standing in one fixed spot for some time. Its surface material and pattern are very easy to clean. Because it's also lightweight, I've moved it to provide comfort for stovetop cooking, and ever since risotto is not such a burden . I've had have the junior version in front of the sink for 3 months and it's excellent in function and placement , because we know that life (as well as the kitchen) gets messy and we can all use support and some relief, even if it comes in the form of an object as often overlooked as a mat.
