Good stuff

During the winter when my hands are especially dry (I wash my hands a lot, too), I put this on at bedtime. Sometimes just a coat to moisturize, and sometimes extra and wear a pair of gloves to keep the heat in and lotion from rubbing off onto sheets. It's good stuff, and the fact that it's fragrance-free makes it ideal for sensitive skin, men, kids, and people sensitive to fragrances.
Best Hand Cream Out There For A Man

Being a man I normally hate hand cream. The smell the feel everything. I found this hand cream at my local home depot one day and figured I would try it. That was three years ago. Once I found out that I could purchase it on Amazon it is so much easier to get. I only use this hand cream at night before I go to bed. That's it one time. It can heal and prevent actual splits in my fingers. Those of you who work out in the cold will really appreciate this. I know it works because if I'm lazy and don't use for a bunch of days my skin will crack. Then I just go back to the cream and it actually will heal my skin very fast. Better to just keep on applying during the winter and not be lazy. I now find my wife stealing a scoop here and there, she loves this hand cream to. No smell no greasy residue. Definitely the best combination of ingredients in a hand cream.
The best product I have ever used to fight cracked, bleeding hands and fingers in the winter.

My hands suffer from severe cracking and bleeding in the dry, cold air of winter. I have tried every lotion, hand cream, and traditional treatment with no luck until getting O'Keeffe's! I use this religiously at night and sometimes I will put it on in the morning after a shower when I know I will be doing a lot of outdoor work. My hands stay moisturized all day and never crack or bleed. If I do not use it and my hands crack, using this 2-3 times per day for just a few days heals my hands completely. Absolutely excellent product that I can't recommend highly enough for those suffering from cracked, bleeding skin.
It works!

Tried everything...this stuff WORKS! My hands are SO dry. They crack and bleed and fingertips are SO painful.. A neighbor, whose husband is a stylist, bought me this product. Her husband, who has his hands in water, a good part of day, said it was great. I could not believe it-it helped overnight. It does not burn, even on the worst skin cracks. So many products do. I let myself run out of it and just ordered the larger size-I won't be w/o it again. This is a keeper!
like a protective barrier

I have a hard time with hand lotion - I wash my hands frequently, which dries them out badly, but I'm in too much of a hurry to use lotion afterwards. Not that putting the lotion on is time-consuming; waiting for it to absorb in to my skin, so I can carry on with the task at hand, is my issue. Not to mention the fact that the benefits are so short-lived for all that effort. This particular product just feels different, like a protective barrier, and I don't have to wait around before I can use my hands again. It's not that it's necessarily absorbed immediately, but I don't feel like I'm going to transfer any of the product to whatever I need to touch. It also leaves me with the impression that the skin on my hands is ever so slightly improved with each use so win-win for me. I've been back for more, by the way.
