This particular Tea (Brand) is soothing, with a very pleasant taste and easy on the stomach. It definitely relaxes me but i's a picker-upper. Have been drinking it for about a week now. Did some research on Sage before buying this Tea. I'm looking forward to Sage helping with balancing blood sugar levels (I don't have diabetes, it runs in the family), lowering cholesterol, help improve memory and support anti-aging process. So I drank at least 3 cups per day. I'm just helping myself (mind, body and spirit) by including Sage in my lifestyle. I shared with my sister and will give to my 93 years young mother. I am excited to see how it works with her. Will keep you posted.
