Great, just a little uncomfortable

In terms of looks, its perfect. It looks exactly like in the game, although if you're trying to make a cosplay, note that this doesn't include a neck piece. Soldier 76 has some kind of black covering over his neck, and the mask doesn't come with it.
The strap in the back is ajustable, so its good even though my head is little big. It may take some fiddling with it to get the fit just right. If you're too tight, it will be a little uncomfortable and you'll leave marks just above your eye brow. Too loose, and the mask will fall off easily which is annoying as hell. Its hard to get the balance right, so you may end up with mild discomfort. What would really make this thing perfect is if there was some kind of cushion behind on the top part so the hard plastic does press too hard. It seems possible to DIY, but I haven't tried.

I bought these masks for a group cosplay at a convention. They look great (a lot of people remarked on the quality and asked me where I got them) and are very comfortable. You have to be a little bit careful handling them, because the resin is thin in some places along the edges of the masks and one of our group members broke a chunk off by holding onto just that edge while pulling it on.
