It's good, just a little expensive

One could wish that for such a simple stand for a gazing ball that it would be less expensive, but it does work. I did buy tent stakes to secure it to the ground so my gazing ball would be safe.

Nice to not need to drive stake ends into ground like most gazing ball stands. I have a heavy gazing ball for it so it will still be secure in windy situations. If it was one of the hollow glass lighter gazing balls I don't think I would feel secure that it wouldn't be blown over.

Item well packed but top portion (ball seat) was at an angle. It was made like this. After standing on bottom ring & pushing the top around forcefully, it was level. I shouldn't have been the Quality Inspector & almost returned this.
