The code that I have received with the package doesn't work. I tried getting in touch with customer support but they never answer. They supposed to e-mail me-never did. I wasted so much time on this is ridiculous! Do not buy it!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE PUT IN MY ACTIVATION CODE 9 TIMES AND IT SPINS THEN STOPS AND SITS THERE. I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS AND I HATE WASTING MY MONEY THAT I WORK HARD FOR.

I generally write webpages in html but purchased this program to have some quick & easy templates. Their video demo with what looks to be an easy drop and drag operation impressed me ~ especially with the social media plugins. I've yet to find that particular template by the way but am still digging through the program. It is NOT representative of the other generic templates offered. Be aware that that this comes with ZERO instructions other than how to install the software. There are however free video tutorials online at their website. The most disappointing part for me is that only very limited templates are included. ALL of the business templates (in red folders) just show a preview and are an additional charge. The first one that I clicked cost $34.99 for only 3 themes. Obviously, the base cost of this program is just an initial payment in what the total charges would be to use it to its maximum potential. To beat all, Amazon just dropped the price from when I ordered yesterday from $34.99 to $19.99. Not a happy camper.

Update 4/6/2016 Amazon was kind enough to refund me the price difference. Thank you. :) For $19.99, this is a decent value and I'm upgrading my original 1 star review to 3 stars. I still feel that the listing should clearly state that the business templates have to be purchased separately. On a good note; this program has a fairly easy learning curve and I was able to complete the job for which I purchased this software. Either I'm missing it or there is no option to add html snippets and those apparently would have to be manually edited in. I'm still learning the ins and outs of the various options but it is certainly possible to create an attractive website with the basic tools included. Everything published fine and I'm pleased with the results.
